Thank you for your interest in last week's webinar, GLR Honors: Self-Nomination Guidance and Questions.
Importantly, please note that the filing date has been extended. The filing date for GLR Honors is now Friday, February 23.
- Council of Champions
- Bright Spots
- Pacesetter Honors
Thank you to the two GLR community speakers that joined: Teresa Pierrie from Wake County, NC and Suzanne Ryals from Lafayette County-Oxford-University, Mississippi. GLR Network communities are invited to self-nominate for any or all of these GLR Honors using the submission portal. Here is a Word version of the submission portal to assist you in developing your submission.
As we continue to develop a more robust “bigger outcomes” strategy, the GLR Campaign seeks to lift up and recognize (1) communities that are setting the pace, (2) individuals who are making extraordinary contributions and (3) strategies that are serving as bright spots to illuminate the path forward in producing sustainable momentum toward closing the reading proficiency gap.
The GLR Honors process will culminate in a series of recognition activities at GLR Week in Philadelphia, Pa., on July 23–27, 2018. Registration is now open!
